STATE v. TIMOTHY GREER

  • Lead Prosecutor who convicted Timothy Greer for the shooting death of Steve Stapleton in Don’s Gun Store (Greer was sentenced to life in prison w/o parole).

STATE v. FERNANDO GRIFFITH

  • Lead Prosecutor who convicted Fernando Griffith for the stabbing deaths of Lloyd and Judy Georges (Griffith was sentenced to life in prison w/o parole).

STATE v. ALLAN WICKLIFF

  • Lead Prosecutor who convicted Allan Wickliff for driving drunk and causing the death of Indiana State Rep. Roland Stine (Wickliff was sentenced to 23 years in prison).

STATE v. MICHAEL “Teflon Mike” DAPRILE

  • Lead Prosecutor who convicted Michael Daprile for dealing methamphetamine (Daprile was sentenced to 40 years in prison).

STATE v. WILLIAM RUSSELL

  • Lead Prosecutor who convicted serial burglar William Russell (Russell was sentenced to 40 years in prison).

STATE v. JOHNNY BARKER

  • Lead Prosecutor currently handling the prosecution of Johnny “J.D.” Barker, who is charged with murdering his wife (Barker was sentenced to 40 years in prision).

STATE v. CHARLES DOSS

  • Lead Prosecutor currently handling the prosecution of Charles Doss who is charged with murdering Johnson County resident George Brown (trial presently set in August, 2009).
