Joseph Todero received two years in the Department of Corrections for possessing marijuana in the presence of his two children, who were 3 years old and 8 months old at the time of the arrest.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Mindy Skeen was sentenced to 12 years in the Department of Corrections for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.  Skeen had sex with a 14 year old boy over the course of several months.  Skeen will be required to register as a sex offender for 10 years.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Donald Hendershot was sentenced to 16 years, 6 in the Department of Corrections followed by 10 years on probation, for trying to convince a 14 year old female to perform oral sex on him.  Hendershot also exposed himself to the same female on multiple occasions.  Hendershot  will be required to register as a sex offender for 10 years.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Johnny Hunter, 19 years old at the time his crime, was sentenced to 4 years in the Department of Corrections/home detention and an additional four years on probation for having sexual relations with a 14 year old female.  Hunter will be required to register as a sex offender for 10 years.  Case Prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Lebert McIntosh sentenced to 1365 days in prison for probation violation and failing to register as a sex offender.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Joseph D. Gaunt.

Jesse Pacheco was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Corrections and an additional 4 years on probation for battering his girlfriend's four year old son.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Anthony Edwards was sentenced to a total of 12 years for Robbery With a Deadly Weapon.  Edwards will spend six of those years in prison followed by six years on probation.  Case Prosecuted by Chief Deputy Joe Villanueva and Chief Trial Deputy Daylon Welliver.

Keith Weisenberger was sentenced to 1 year in the Department of Corrections and 2 years on probation for Child Solicitation.  He was caught during an undercover sting operation by a Johnson County Sheriff's Detective posing as a 14 year old girl online.  He had driven from Hamilton County to meet the detective, changed his mind at the last minute and turned around just before arriving at the designated meeting place, but  was apprehended by officers staking out the area.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Gary Rose, 50 years old, was sentenced to 40 years in the Department of Corrections followed by 30 years on probation for molesting two children, one in 2004 and one in 2010.  Rose is a credit restricted felon and will be required to serve approximately 85% of his sentence, or 34 actual years in DOC.  Case prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Kristina Slinker was sentenced to 8 years, 7 of those in prison for OWI Endangering a Child, Class D Felony, and Habitual Substance Offender Sentence Enhancement. Prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Rob Seet.

Herman Adams was sentenced to eight years in prison followed by six years in work release for a probation violation and two failed attempts to escape custody.  Cases prosecuted by Deputy Prosecutor Doug Cummins.

Bryant Plymate was sentenced to 15 years in prison for Dealing Ecstasy and Battery Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.  Case prosecuted by Prosecutor Brad Cooper.

Elijah Gibson was convicted of Dealing a Controlled Substance as a class “B” felony and was sentenced 13 years in prison.  Background information: In 2005, Gibson was convicted for “A” felony dealing drugs and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.  Gibson appealed the sentence and the court of appeals reduced Gibson's prison term and released him to work release.  While serving that work release sentence, Gibson committed the B felony dealing charge that got him 13 more years in prison.  Cases prosecuted by Prosecutor Brad Cooper and Chief Deputy Joe Villanueva.
