Make sure to include your Name, Address, Drivers License Number, Daytime phone number, offense or offenses, if speeding the rate of speed as well as the posted speed limit, court date, time and location (Franklin City Court or Greenwood City Court) and which agency wrote the ticket. If you are eligible we will be sure to mail you a Deferral Letter.
