Details: Arrested for Non-Support of a Dependent, Class C Felony, on June 24, 2009. Plead guilty to C Felony, Non-support of a Dependent on July 22, 2009 and was sentenced to 1460 days executed with credit for 29 actual days served and 1402 days suspended to active probation. On January 21, 2010, the Johnson County Probation Department filed a “Petition to Revoke Probation and Request for Warrant” against the Defendant for failure to remain current on his court-ordered child support obligation. On February 14, 2010, the Defendant was arrested on the Petition to Revoke Probation.
