We are located 2030 N Morton, St., Franklin, IN. Our Office is open Monday thorough Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM. With the office closing daily at noon for the lunch hour.
We accept phone calls, but are currently not taking walk-in visits at this time due to our current office transition and legal privacy
requirements.
In Accordance with Federal Law, our office does not get involved in custody, Visitation, and parental rights issues.
If you are trying to obtain payment history support clerk records or child support clerk orders you need to go to the Johnson County Support Clerks Office, located in the courthouse.
If you are trying to obtain information regarding your child support payments, you can do so by calling the KIDS LINE at 233-KIDS or 1-800-840-8757 if Indianapolis is a long-distance call for you. You can access payments and other information via the web at www.mychildsupport.in.gov
If you want to provide information about and individual but want to remain anonymous, you can do so by calling 1-317-346-4582
