The Johnson County Child Support Division is located at 1 Caisson Drive, Suite A, Franklin, Indiana. The Johnson County Child Support Division Intake Line, (317)346-4584, can assist with general child support questions Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.to 4:30 p.m., with the office closing from 12:00-1:00 for the lunch hour.
The custodial and non-custodial parent in a child support action that is currently being enforced by the Johnson County Child Support Division have access to Enforcement Agents to assist with case specific enforcement questions. An Enforcement Agent is assigned to each state enforced case based on the last name of the person who is ordered to pay child support. The Child Support Division Enforcement Agents accept phone calls and walk-ins on Tuesday and Thursday only. If you contact our office with a question that cannot be answered by the Intake line, you will be required to call back on Tuesday or Thursday to speak with an Enforcement Agent. Enforcement Agents have 2 business days to return your communication.
PLEASE NOTE: Our office is unable to speak with anyone who is a third party to a case based on federal privacy requirements. Third party callers will NOT be given any information on a case, regardless of the circumstance, unless a valid Power of Attorney has been received by our office.

An Enforcement Agent is assigned to each state enforced case based on the last name of the person who is ordered to pay child support. You may contact the Enforcement Agent by telephone or in person on Tuesday or Thursday only .
